Returns and refunds

 

We want you and your dog to love your Barkmoor coat. If you don't, here's how returns work.

 

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Email us at hello@barkmoor.co.uk with your order number. After telling us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

 

You pay the cost of returning a change-of-mind item. We'll refund the price you paid, including any original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back or receiving proof that you've sent it, whichever is sooner. Refunds go to your original payment method.

 

Faulty or not as described?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund, including return costs. After 30 days we'll offer a repair or replacement, or a refund if that isn't possible. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To help us sort it quickly, please email us your order number and a photo showing the fault or damage.

 

Wrong size?

Please check our size guide before ordering. If the size isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange or return it.

 

Where to send returns

Email us first and we'll send you the UK return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us, as we can't process parcels we aren't expecting.
